One sign-up is good for one Virtual Assistant position/role. As soon as the sourcing process has started, any changes in the Job Description or VA position will not be entertained.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you sign-up with, and as you use, the Virtual Staff Finder Service.

As soon you make your VA hire, the Virtual Staff Finder service is officially complete. We are not responsible for the management, training, payment or communication with your VA staff.

10-Day Guarantee

In the event that the VA hired does not perform satisfactorily, resigns or goes AWOL within 10-days from their official start date, VSF guarantees to send a “second batch” of applicants free of charge.

Second Batch Request

In the rare instance that you feel none of the candidates on the Final Line-Up sent to you are the right fit, VSF guarantees to send a “second batch” of applicants free of charge.

Following the second batch of applicants being sent to you, your sign-up for the Virtual Staff Finder service is considered finalized. If no hire is made after the second batch has been presented, it is purely your decision. Please note, no refund will be granted.

Please note that if a request for a second batch is made, the 10-Day Guarantee no longer applies.

Pricing

Prices for services offered may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Refund Requests

We operate on a strict no-refund policy, except for in the cases below:

In cases where a client decides to postpone hiring a VA following signing-up, and if no work has commenced on our end, a full refund will be granted, less any processing fees.

We are also happy to keep your account active for up to 6-months from the date of sign up, so you can come back to us when you’re ready.

An alternative option would be to have someone else take over the account. Client can give the contact details to the Project Manager, so VSF can contact the client who will be utilizingthe service.

Liability Limitations

Virtual Staff Finder is not liable for the actions of the people it helps to find work. Hiring staff with the use of our service allows you to work directly and independently with your chosen VA staff without Virtual Staff Finder’s direct involvement. Please work with VA staff using your best judgment in any and all situations.

VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER SERVICE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER SHALL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROTECT INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER SERVICE, BUT YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBMISSION OF SUCH INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY RELATING TO SUCH INFORMATION IN ANY WAY.

VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER DOES NOT REPRESENT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS, CORRUPTION, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION, AND VIRTUAL STAFF FINDER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RELATING THERETO.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Virtual Staff Finder and governs your use of the Virtual Staff Finder Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Virtual Staff Finder’s failure to enforce any right or provisions in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such or any other provision. Virtual Staff Finder will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control.

Service TermsThe Virtual Staff Finder service guarantees to provide up to 2 batches (3 candidates per batch) per sign-up.
